This routine helps me remember and focus on the good things happening in my life. It really gives me a better perspective and attitude for the whole day! I also feel more awake and energized. Even though I am often tired as I care for my baby, toddler, and kindergartner - it wakes my body up which gives me the energy and clarity to tackle both my everyday tasks and the extra things I'm always trying to find time for.
